Q4 : What is an Investment Advisor?

A4: An Investment Advisor is a professional that works for you to create an investment portfolio that is best suited to meet your individual needs. Not all Investment Advisors are created equal. It is important to choose an Investment Advisor who can meet your specific needs and deliver solid returns with good service.

A6: Investors’ funds are held in segregated accounts, meaning completely separate from the company’s accounts. Investors’ funds are kept by ICC Intercertus Capital Limited in first class banks.

Q11 : What approach to asset allocation do you use?

A11: Our strategy is based on a long-term disciplined approach to investing. After reviewing your Client Profile and completing the client interview process, we can develop a portfolio and asset allocation strategy to meet your individual needs and tolerance for risk. We use tactical asset allocation in our ongoing management of your portfolio.

Q12 : How do I withdraw money from my account if I need it?

A12: Your funds are held in segregated accounts, and you withdraw it as you would from any custodial or brokerage account.

Q13 : How long does it take for my funds to be credited into my account?

A13: Once we received the funds in our account, they will be deposited into your trading account. Please contact [email protected], in case you have been charged with the deposit but funds are not showing in your trading account.

Q14 : Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

A14: No. You can withdraw any remaining balance in your account that is not currently being used to secure open trades, however, please note, if the requested amount is lower than the processing fee, we won’t be able to proceed with the request.

Q15 : What if I decide to cancel my relationship with you?

A15: There is never any obligation to stay with our program. So in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you may terminate the relationship at any time by notifying us immediately.

Q16 : How long does it take to fund account?

A16: We offers multiple deposit methods and their processing times differ. Before you go ahead and fund your account, please make sure that your account is fully activate. Cryptocurrency payments are credited instantly*. If there is any delay, please contact Customer support.

Q17 : What is the minimum amount I need to deposit in other to open an account?

A17: The minimum deposit amount for any investment on Dynamix Trust is $20,000 or its equivalent in any currency.

Q18 : Where can I view all my trade history?

A18: Duplicates of trade made on your account are reported/provided to your web account/contact email.

Q19 : When am I due to withdraw?

A19: This depends on the period, as specified on your investment plan. Each package is unique and has specified time limit to access profit.

Q20 : How do I make withdrawals/upgrade?

A20: After period of trading an accrued interest on your account, you have the choice of withdrawing all your funds including profits made or keep the funds and withdraw the profits. If our profits become enough to a plan you wish to upgrade, notify us with an email so you can decide on when to upgrade.

Q21 : How long does it take to send my profits?

A21: On completion of the withdrawal process, your money will be sent to you with 48 hours with the method you choose, Bullethill Capital provides an efficient and guaranteed withdrawals. If withdrawals will take time, clients are informed prior to time.

Q23 : How much leverage does Dynamix Trust offer?

A23: The amount of leverage Dynamix Trust offers varies from product to product. Leverage is determined by the Initial Margin and Maintenance Margin levels. These levels specify the minimum equity you must hold in your account to enter and maintain positions. Leverage is not a fixed multiplier but rather a minimum equity requirement. You can see the minimum Initial Margin and Maintenance Margin levels for all products here. The highest leverage Dynamix Trust offers is up to 100x leverage on its Daily Bitcoin / JPY Futures Contract and the Perpetual Bitcoin / USD Perpetual Contract.

Q24 : What is Initial Margin?

A24: Initial Margin is the minimum amount of Bitcoin you must deposit to open a position.

Q25 : What is Maintenance Margin?

A25: Maintenance Margin is the minimum amount of Bitcoin you must hold to keep a position open. If your margin balance on Dynamix Trust drops below this level your position will be taken over by the Liquidation Engine and be Liquidated.

Q26 : Why did I get liquidated?

A26: When the Mark Price of a contract falls below your liquidation price for longs, or rises above your liquidation price for shorts, your Maintenance Margin level has been breached and the Liquidation Engine takes over your position. In your Trade History, the price the liquidated position was closed at is the Bankruptcy Price (equivalent to where your Maintenance Margin is equal to 0).

Q27 : How does the Liquidation Engine work?

A27: Upon liquidation, the Liquidation Engine attempts to close the position at the prevailing market price. If it is unable to do so then Auto-Deleveraging will occur.

Q28 : Can I go bankrupt?

A28: No. We have a sophisticated margin and liquidation process that is designed to prevent any trader’s margin balance on BCCOMM from ever going below 0.

Q29 : Do you socialise losses?

A29: No. Dynamix Trust employs an Auto-Deleveraging System that does not need to socialise losses.

Q30 : Is there a fee to deposit Bitcoin?

A30: No, Dynamix Trust does not charge fees on deposits.

Q31 : Is there a fee to withdraw Bitcoin?

A31: No, Dynamix Trust does not charge fees on withdrawals. When withdrawing Bitcoin, the minimum Bitcoin Network fee is set dynamically based on blockchain load and can be viewed on the Withdrawal Page.

Q32 : Are there fees to trade?

A32: Yes, Dynamix Trust charges a trading fee on every completed trade. Please view the Fees page for more information.

Q33 : What is the minimum amount I need to deposit in order to open an account?

A33: The minimum deposit amount for any investment on CITS is $6,000 or its equivalence

Q34 : What are the available withdrawal methods?

A34: Due to anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals can only be sent via payment methods by which you funded your account with. Please note that you must withdraw up to 200% of your deposit to your credit/debit card, and only then you may withdraw by another method in your own name as you instruct.

Q35 : How long does it take to receive my withdraw funds?


Withdrawals are typically processed and sent within 1 business day.

Once the withdrawal is approved and processed, it may take some additional days to receive the payment:

  • For Credit/Debit Cards - up to 5 business days
  • For e-wallets - 24 hours 
  • For Wire transfers - up to 10 business days (depending on your county and Bank)

Verifying your account is quick and easy. All you need to do is upload your documents while signing up for a Dynamix Trust account.

Make sure your documents are saved in the correct format, and that your file name contains letter or numbers only, any other characters will be invalid.

Documents are usually processed within 24 business hours (Saturdays and Sundays are not business days).

Please note: All documents must be valid, clear and full page copies (all 4 corners visible). We cannot accept documents hosted on cloud services.
